Zero Sugar Health is wellness education: a weekly habit plan built from Dr. Vergara's published articles, a daily log, and an AI coach.

It is not medical care. Becoming a member does not make you Dr. Vergara's patient and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or prescribes. Dr. Vergara is a physician, and that is exactly why this line is stated plainly: what you receive here is educational material, not a doctor's clinical opinion about your case.

Always consult your own doctor before changing your food, your physical activity or any medication. Changing food or exercise can move blood sugar and blood pressure quickly if you are medicated.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, do not write here: call your local emergency number or go to an emergency room.

Membership costs USD 197 per month and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Billing is processed by Stripe.

You can cancel whenever you want, yourself, from “Manage my subscription” inside your member area. No calls, no emails, no asking permission.

When you cancel, your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. We do not prorate or refund the unused part of that period. If something went wrong and you think a refund is warranted, write to us: we do read those.

If a charge fails, Stripe retries. If it keeps failing, access closes until it is resolved.

Be 18 or older. Use your own account and do not share it. Do not copy or redistribute the membership material. And do not lean on the coach for decisions that belong to your doctor.

We promise no health outcome, no number and no weight loss. Nobody honest can, least of all through a screen. The material is built carefully and aligned with available evidence, but evidence changes and every body is different.

The service is provided as it is. There can be interruptions, errors and maintenance periods.

If we change these terms or the price, we tell you by email before it affects you, and you can always cancel before the next charge. We may close an account that breaks these terms; if we close one without a breach, we refund the unused part of the period.

Changing what you eat, how much you move or how you sleep can affect your body, and can affect it quickly if you take medication for diabetes, blood pressure or your heart. By using this material you accept that the decision to apply it is yours, taken on your own judgement, and that you should discuss it first with the professional who treats you. We do not know your medical history, your labs or your medications, and cannot know them from here.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will always be available, error-free, or that the material is appropriate for your particular situation.

To the extent permitted by law, neither Dr. Leonardo Vergara nor those working with him are liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, arising from use of this site or the membership. Total cumulative liability, on any basis, will not exceed what you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or damages; in that case the above applies only as far as that law allows, and the rest stands.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts of that state will hear any dispute — unless the law where you live guarantees you the right to bring a claim in your own courts, in which case that right is respected.

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the medical notice you accepted on entry, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the membership.
